A few of my favourite things

I’ve had many great eats this year but it’s always the sweets that stand out in my mind. One of my absolute favourites is lemon curd. I am convinced that I could eat a massive bowl of it in one sitting. I have yet to try this but I’m certain I would succeed. The photo above is the beautiful deconstructed lemon meringue pie dessert from Ursa restaurant. Granted, there wasn’t really much lemon curd on the plate but it definitely stands out for presentation.
